Job Title: Project Manager

Job Description:

The Project Manager (Levels I, II, III) reports directly to the Operations Manager and is responsible for the successful completion of projects, ensuring internal and external customer satisfaction. This role is the main contact throughout the project lifecycle, from start-up to completion, monitoring scope and managing project activities. The position involves interaction with internal departments, field supervision, inspectors, owners, and contractors from project initiation to closeout.

Responsibilities:

• Develop project execution and staffing plans, including tracking metrics.
• Coordinate adherence to contract documents such as plans, specifications, and permits.
• Manage workload, prioritize tasks, and ensure deadlines and budgets are met.
• Build and maintain relationships with vendors, subcontractors, and field personnel.
• Communicate project goals and status to stakeholders and on-site teams.
• Monitor financial performance and report on project progress.
• Estimate, negotiate, and procure vendors and materials.
• Oversee project administration, including handling complaints and documentation.
• Ensure safety compliance and OSHA standards adherence.
• Track project tasks, manage documentation, and coordinate project activities.
• Support client warranty issues and handle special projects as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree, Associate Degree, Trade Certification, or 5+ years of Construction Project Management experience in relevant fields.
• Proven track record of completing projects on time and within budget.
• Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and estimating software (e.g., Accubid, Connest, McCormick).
• Ability to work independently, adapt to change, and provide feedback on design documents.
