Dubak Electrical of Indiana LLC continues to grow and is seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to join our team in the Greater Indianapolis area.
This individual will manage and estimate electrical construction projects in the heavy commercial/light industrial sector, varying in size and location across different industries throughout the state. Responsibilities include creating and finding bidding opportunities, initiating project estimates from start to finish, planning, executing, monitoring, controlling, and closing projects with support from other departments.
The Electrical Project Manager is the primary accountable for project delivery, including design (if applicable), scope, cost, and schedule. They will also provide overall direction on projects involving industrial electrical construction and maintenance, and develop new business opportunities within specific client groups, market sectors, or geographical areas. Typical project sizes range from $10,000 to $4.5 million.
