Base pay range

$42.00/hr - $63.00/hr

Duties & Responsibilities
  • Oversee electrical engineering group and perform QAQC on project deliverables.
  • Guide design engineers in mechanical design decisions, equipment selection, and documentation.
  • Serve as client contact and project manager on complex projects with multiple disciplines.
  • Maintain strong technical knowledge in Electrical engineering principles and design.
  • Assist in proposal development, contract review, and scope negotiations.
  • Track project budgets and scope, and plan workload for staff.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders and coordinate planning/scheduling.
  • Travel occasionally to project sites for inspections and documentation.
  • Develop and maintain client relationships, including sector-specific experience.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and ISO standards.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent; Master’s preferred.
  • 7-12 years of professional experience.
  • PE License required.
  • Experience in public and private sector client management.
  • Continuing education in relevant technical areas.
Performance Expectations
  • Complete training programs and mentor staff.
  • Maintain client relationships and project performance.
  • Ensure projects are on time, within scope and budget.
  • Adhere to safety and company policies.
  • Prepare reports and manage project activities.
