Job summary

NR Consulting in Charleston, SC is seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to lead commercial/industrial electrical construction projects valued at $1M+ from preconstruction through closeout. A great salary plus bonus and relocation expenses are available.

The ideal candidate has 6–12 years of electrical construction experience and a background as Electrical PM, Superintendent, Foreman, or Licensed/Journeyman Electrician, with proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Bluebeam, Navisworks,

Qualifications

• Proven management of $1M+ electrical projects.
• Background as Electrical PM, Superintendent, Foreman, or Journeyman Electrician preferred.
• Experience with the listed project software.

Responsibilities

• Manage project schedules, budgets, forecasts, job costs, and procurement.
• Coordinate with GCs, owners, engineers, vendors, subcontractors, and field teams.
• Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, project documentation, and closeout.
• Monitor project progress, labor, materials, quality, safety, and profitability.
• Review electrical plans, drawings, specifications, and scopes.
• Ensure compliance with electrical codes, safety standards, and contract requirements.

Electrical Project Manager – Charleston, SC | Full-Time

Seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager with 6–12 years of commercial/industrial electrical construction experience to manage projects valued at $1M+ from preconstruction through closeout.

• Coordinate with GCs, owners, engineers, vendors, subcontractors, and field teams.
• Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, project documentation, and closeout.

Requirements:

• 6–12 years of electrical construction experience.

• Experience with AutoCAD, Revit, Bluebeam, or Navisworks.
• Procore, Accubid, Primavera P6, or MS Project experience is a plus.
• Electrical license and OSHA certification preferred.
