Job summary

NR Consulting in Charleston, SC is seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to lead commercial/industrial electrical construction projects valued at $1M+ from preconstruction through closeout. A great salary plus bonus and relocation expenses are available.

The ideal candidate has 6–12 years of electrical construction experience and a background as Electrical PM, Superintendent, Foreman, or Licensed/Journeyman Electrician, with proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Bluebeam, Navisworks,

Qualifications

6–12 years of electrical construction experience.
Proven management of $1M+ electrical projects.
Background as Electrical PM, Superintendent, Foreman, or Journeyman Electrician preferred.
Experience with the listed project software.

Responsibilities

Manage project schedules, budgets, forecasts, job costs, and procurement.
Coordinate with GCs, owners, engineers, vendors, subcontractors, and field teams.
Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, project documentation, and closeout.
Monitor project progress, labor, materials, quality, safety, and profitability.
Review electrical plans, drawings, specifications, and scopes.
Ensure compliance with electrical codes, safety standards, and contract requirements.
