Main Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe working environment for all employees in division
• Ensure all employees and subcontractors are TDLR qualified
• Ensure timely completion and quality of rough-ins and trims
• Complete quality walks and punch items
• Project 2-4 weeks ahead and staff accordingly
• Coordinate with estimating/warehouse to ensure accurate job materials
• Build and maintain customer relationships
• Mentor employees
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the manager

Who We're Looking For

• Residential Wireman electrical license or higher
• At least 5 years of residential supervisory experience
• Ability to manage 2-8 supervisors and 5-10 subcontractors
• Strong understanding of Electrical Code and municipal requirements
• Willingness to learn our Low Voltage business
• Ability to recruit service techs and subcontractors
• Willingness to perform physical demands of the position

Required Education & Experience

• Minimum 1 year of electrical project management experience
• Experience in home automation or related fields is a plus
