Job summary

LeoForce is seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager in Southern California to lead electrical construction projects, including schools and civic facilities. This permanent role requires overseeing estimating, budgeting, safety, and team leadership to deliver on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Electrical Project Management experience in construction, especially schools and civic projects.
• Experience estimating, budgeting, and risk management for electrical builds.
• Strong leadership and communication skills with diverse teams.
• Proficiency with Procore and Blue Beam for project control.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of electrical projects from conception to completion, delivering on time and within budget.
• Lead electricians and construction teams to maintain safety and quality.
• Develop and present detailed project estimates and budgets.
• Apply risk management to minimize delays and cost overruns.
• Oversee electrical work in schools and civic buildings to code compliance.
• Use Procore and Blue Beam to track progress, costs, and resources.
• Collaborate with clients, architects, and stakeholders to meet requirements.
• Conduct site inspections and safety audits according to standards.
