The role requires strong leadership, in-depth knowledge of management processes, and the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Proven working experience in construction management.

• Understanding of all facets of the construction process.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and direct construction projects from conception to completion.
• Review the project to schedule deliverables and estimate costs.
• Ensure on-site and off-site compliance with building and safety regulations.
• Coordinate construction workers and subcontractors.
• Select tools, materials and equipment and track inventory.
• Meet contractual conditions of performance.
• Review daily work progress and report status.
• Plan ahead to prevent problems and resolve emerging issues.
• Negotiate terms of agreements, draft contracts and obtain permits.
• Analyze, manage and mitigate risks.
• Ensure quality construction standards and proper techniques.
