Job summary

LotusWorks is seeking an Electrical Project Manager to lead electrical project delivery on semiconductor construction and commissioning programs in Chandler, AZ. You will own scope development, budgeting, scheduling, safety, and coordination with trade partners.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in electrical project management within high-tech environments, strong risk management and stakeholder communication skills, and a track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in electrical project management within semiconductor/high-tech construction.
• Strong planning, budgeting, risk management and stakeholder communication.
• Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage multiple projects concurrently.

Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of Electrical team project delivery from scope development to execution and closeout, ensuring safety and quality.
• Seek competitive bids from contractors and vendors to achieve best-value results.
• Issue purchase orders and track work to align with budgets and scope.
• Manage project risks, issues and changes; be the primary contact for trade partners.
• Coordinate with mechanical, I&C, electrical, FMS and LSS subcontractors and internal stakeholders to meet milestones.
• Develop and manage budgets, schedules, and timelines; monitor progress and take corrective actions.
