Job summary

Commercial Comm And Electric is seeking an Electrical Foreman to lead and coordinate electricians on semiconductor construction projects in the Phoenix area. You will oversee installation, modification, and completion of electrical systems per drawings, specs, and codes, while coordinating with PMs, general contractors, and other trades.

Qualifications

• Journeyman Electrician license or equivalent for the project/jurisdiction.
• Minimum 8 years of electrical construction experience leading crews.
• Experience supervising electricians, apprentices, or subcontractors.
• Semiconductor facility/cleanroom/mission-critical project experience preferred.
• Strong ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and specs.
• Knowledge of NEC and OSHA safety standards and field reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, and coordinate electricians and apprentices on semiconductor projects.
• Plan daily activities, assign tasks, and monitor crew productivity to meet milestones.
• Read blueprints and wiring diagrams and ensure proper installations.
• Oversee distribution systems, wiring, panels, switchgear, and grounding.
• Coordinate work with PMs, general contractors, and other trades on site.
• Enforce safety procedures, conduct daily briefings, and manage field risk.
