The role emphasizes servant leadership, mentoring, and strategic planning to grow our Special Projects Group and sustain Lee Company’s reputation for safety and excellence.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction, Engineering or Finance preferred.
• 8+ years construction and/or account management experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite with ability to be trained in company-specific software.
• Field operations experience in construction industry.

Responsabilités

• Oversee safety awareness and top/bottom-line financial performance.
• Assign projects and recruit field employees and managers.
• Provide high-level strategic sales and leadership for staff.
• Resource the Special Projects Group and ensure timely project closures.
