Qualifications

• A college degree, journeyman’s license, or master electrician’s license is required.
• Understanding of electrical installations.
• Strong computer skills, specifically in Microsoft 365.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Able to work independently as well as in a team.

Responsibilities

• Assist in estimating project scope and costs.
• Manage projects with subcontractors.
• Communicate with clients and subcontractors.
• Attend and actively participate in project coordination and owner/contractor/architect/engineer meetings.
• Research and prepare change requests to resolve design issues for approval.
• Research and recommend solutions to design document problems, including conflicts and errors/omissions.
• Monitor field work to ensure compliance with standards and codes.
• Assist with the submittal process.
• Assist in tracking and completion of billing.
