Job summary

Lemartec Corporation seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead complex construction projects nationwide. You will guide execution from concept through turnover, working with business development on proposals and maintaining strict budgets and schedules. Strong leadership, risk management and client communication are essential.

The role involves coordinating with multidisciplinary teams, ensuring safety and quality, and traveling up to 100% across the United States to support multiple projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering or Construction.
• 5 years minimum experience in large-scale construction projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead project execution from planning through close-out.
• Develop win plans, estimates, and contract reviews with BD.
• Establish project organization, roles and responsibilities.
• Monitor progress, budgets, and schedules to meet objectives.
• Ensure safety, quality, and regulatory compliance on-site.
• Communicate with customers and manage documentation.
