Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of estimating experience in an industrial environment.
• Familiar with materials and equipment take-off process.
• Ability to perform conceptual estimates based on specifications.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Review project plans and confirm complete scope.
• Participate in pre-bid meetings and site visits.
• Solicit subcontractor information and pricing.
• Prepare accurate bid proposals and support documentation.
