Job summary

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in construction; electrical preferred.
• Ability to read drawings and specifications.
• Proficiency in MS Office and estimating software such as Bluebeam or Accubid.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem‑solving skills.
• Detail‑oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Review drawings, specs, and bid documents to understand scope.
• Perform quantity takeoffs and assist with estimating.
• Support budgets, pricing summaries, and bid packages.
• Attend pre‑bid meetings and site walks to understand conditions.
• Identify scope gaps and cost risks during estimating.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors for pricing.
