Job summary

Invenergy is hiring a Project Engineer, Electrical Engineering to oversee electrical engineering and construction of Thermal generation projects, including natural gas turbines and combined cycle plants. You will work to complete detailed design packages and coordinate with internal teams or engineering firms.

Expect travel up to 25% and responsibility for HV/MV infrastructure and interconnections. The role requires a Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering or Power Systems and 3+ years of

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or Power Systems.
• 3+ years of relevant work experience, including internships.
• Knowledge of power systems acquired through coursework and internships.
• Understanding HV/MV electrical infrastructure (substations/switchyards, distribution systems, transmission lines).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Visio.
