Energy Transfer is seeking an Electrical Project Engineer to join a multi-discipline internal engineering team reporting to the Sr. Manager of Detailed Engineering & Design.

The Electrical Project Engineer should have a thorough understanding of electrical and instrumentation design requirements and evaluation of pump and compressor stations, other pipeline facilities as well as familiarity with other disciplines (pipeline, mechanical, civil etc.) needed for those projects associated with

Qualifications

• BS in electrical, electronic, instrument control or related engineering discipline.
• P.E. license a plus.
• 5 yrs. applicable industry experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide engineering support for capital projects through scope, design, construction, and commissioning phases.
• Serve as discipline SME to ensure compliance with standards and regulations.
• Develop deliverables with design team (schematics, load lists, one-lines, control schemes).
• Lead commissioning of power systems, panels, instrumentation, and SCADA.
• Review vendor quotations and engineering drawings for conformance.
