Job summary

Ameren Missouri is seeking an Engineer to perform studies, design, and project management for power generation facilities in the Missouri region. You will support non-nuclear generation plants with travel as needed and collaborate with multiple teams to deliver engineering solutions.

The role requires a BS in Engineering, with Electrical specialization preferred, plus licensure or certifications as available. Travel, on-call duties, and a broad pay range are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Engineering required.
• Electrical Engineering degree preferred.
• PE License preferred; PMP certification preferred.
• Experience with high/low voltage equipment and protective relaying preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage and/or support projects involving electrical equipment and related systems.
• Develop engineering solutions, cost and schedule estimates, and preliminary designs.
• Lead checkout and start-up of new equipment; coordinate with drafting and suppliers.
• Provide engineering assistance to energy centers and other departments.
