Job summary

Service Complete Electric is seeking an Electrical Project Engineer to support commercial construction projects through planning, coordination, and closeout of electrical work.

You'll collaborate with Project Managers, Superintendents, BIM, and field teams to deliver on time and within budget, maintaining project organization and controlling procurement. Strong technical knowledge of electrical systems and multi-project management are essential.

Qualifications

• Three to five years of experience in electrical construction or a similar engineering/support role.
• Understanding of electrical systems, construction methods, and safety practices.
• Experience reviewing construction drawings and specifications.
• OSHA 10 Certification required.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist Project Managers with project setup, scheduling, and execution planning.
• Support development and tracking of project schedules and milestones.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to align with project goals.
• Communicate project progress, risks, and issues to leadership.
• Review drawings, specifications, and submittals for accuracy and compliance.
• Assist with system design checks and coordination with BIM and design teams.
• Manage RFIs, submittals, and project documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
• Maintain organized project files in Procore and other platforms.
• Track project changes and ensure proper documentation and communication.
• Prepare reports, meeting minutes, and project updates.
