Job summary

360X Staffing seeks an experienced Electrical Project Engineer (PE) in Downtown Phoenix, AZ to lead power distribution design, code compliance, and multi-disciplinary drawing packages for commercial programs nationwide.

The role requires a PE license (AZ preferred) and 6+ years in electrical design within A/E environments, with strong Revit MEP and AutoCAD skills and NEC/ASHRAE knowledge. Competitive compensation and benefits provided on-site.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering (ABET-accredited).
• Active Professional Engineer license (Arizona preferred).
• 6+ years of progressive electrical engineering design experience.
• Experience in multidisciplinary A/E environments.
• Designing power and lighting systems for commercial projects.
• Proficiency in Revit MEP and AutoCAD; familiarity with SKM/ETAP/AGi32/DIALux.
• Strong NEC/NFPA 70 and Life Safety Code knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Design low- and medium-voltage power distribution systems and lighting layouts.
• Perform detailed electrical load calculations and short-circuit analyses.
• Prepare complete electrical drawing packages using Revit and AutoCAD.
• Coordinate with architectural, structural, and MEP teams to resolve clashes.
• Conduct QA/QC reviews and ensure code compliance for submittals.
• Coordinate with utilities and AHJs to secure plan approvals.
• Provide mentorship and Revit support to junior staff.
