Job summary

EAPC is seeking an Electrical Engineer in Phoenix, AZ, to design, detail, and analyze electrical systems for new, renovated, and expanded buildings. The role requires collaboration with architects, engineers, and clients to deliver high-quality design documentation.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering, 8+ years of experience in a consulting setting, and PE certification. Proficiency in REVIT, SKM, and AutoCAD is strongly preferred, with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering required.
• PE registration preferred or required.
• 8+ years experience in a consulting environment.
• Experience with 3D modeling, visualization, and REVIT/SKM/AutoCAD is preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills; able to manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Provide electrical design, detailing, and calculations for all project phases.
• Coordinate electrical designs with architectural, mechanical, and structural disciplines.
• Edit and write electrical specifications; perform feasibility studies and cost estimates.
• Mentor EIT staff and guide BIM Modelers on electrical drawings.
• Support project managers with budgets, schedules, and proposals.
