Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in construction management or related field required.
• High level interpersonal and communication skills; strong organizational abilities.
• Experience with project planning, cost control, scheduling, and field coordination preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan and prepare contract administration for assigned projects.
• Direct project activities to ensure timely completion and quality.
• Conduct on-site visits to oversee layout, materials, and scheduling.
• Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, trade contractors, and vendors.
• Review documents and directives; resolve construction issues and ensure closings.
