Responsibilities

• Plan, organize and staff electrical and mission critical construction projects, ensuring safety, profitability, timeliness and quality.
• Identify and generate new business opportunities, network, and maintain customer relationships.
• Oversee multiple projects with on-site supervision of crews and contractors.
• Review project documents, plans, specs and direct construction activities within budget, time and quality constraints.
• Conduct jobsite visits to monitor progress and promote safety.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships and ensure project alignment with goals.
