Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate the electrical parts of projects.
• Prepare and process construction plans, identify errors, coordinate with designers, and gather material/equipment needs.
• Develop project plans and monitor schedule, costs, and progress.
• Solicit quotes, compare options, and support final decisions on purchases.
• Accept completed work after warranty repairs, ensuring quality and compliance.
• Assist Manager by sourcing suppliers and documenting project papers.
• Coordinate daily with contractors and suppliers to ensure smooth execution.
• Monitor and document any changes to project documents and scope.
• Ensure EHS and security aspects are enforced across all projects.
• Develop framework contracts for electrical equipment, generators, and fire alarm systems.
• Must have experience with 480-volt systems and transformers in industrial settings.
• Oversee industrial building electrical installations including wiring and equipment.
• Demonstrate strong communication and problem-solving skills.
