Job summary

NES Fircroft is seeking a Midland Power Project Engineer to perform engineering design evaluations, support budgeting and scheduling, and provide technical support across the project lifecycle. The role interfaces with the Project Team and contractors to ensure compliance with standards and timely delivery.

The engineer will participate in ITT, manage long-lead equipment sourcing, and coordinate Gate 3 deliverables.

Qualifications

• BS or MS degree in engineering, preferably electrical.
• Experience across engineering, construction, and project management controls.
• Knowledge of high voltage electrical facilities and related standards (NEC, API 14F).

Responsibilities

• Participates in ITT development, bid evaluation and contractor selection.
• Sourcing long lead equipment and FEED contractor support.
• Coordinate EMCAPS Gate 3 deliverables and Functional Interaction Plan.
• Lead PMT in applying Project Management Systems.
• Ensure design and construction align with project specs and standards.
