Job summary

RWDY Inc. is seeking a Midland Basin Power Project Engineer to drive engineering evaluations and ensure projects meet schedule and budget. You will support the Project Manager, provide technical guidance, and coordinate with contractors on HV electrical design and compliance.

The role requires leadership, PM experience, and strong communication skills to manage interfaces and ensure adherence to project specs while traveling to sites as needed.

Qualifications

• BS or MS degree in engineering; electrical field preferred.
• 5+ years in engineering, construction, PM, and controls.
• HV electrical design knowledge and regulatory awareness.
• Experience with HV/MV systems and related standards (NEC/API 14F).

Responsibilities

• Participate in ITT development, bid evaluation, and contractor selection.
• Coordinate FEED support and Gate 3 deliverables for EMCAPS.
• Lead PMT activities and ensure design aligns with project standards.
• Interface between Project Team and Contractor; manage change requests.
