Job summary

Affiliated Engineers, Inc. (AEI) in the Miami region is seeking an Electrical Project Engineer to advance energy-efficient building systems and complex facilities.

You will lead the electrical design on assigned projects, delivering innovative solutions that meet client goals while coordinating with multi-disciplinary teams. The role requires a ABET-accredited engineering program degree (BSEE/BSAE or equivalent) and 10+ years of experience designing power distribution and lighting systems.

Qualifications

• In-depth understanding of electrical design for power distribution and lighting in sophisticated facilities.
• Experience leading discipline teams and coordinating with multi-disciplinary groups.
• Strong communication skills and client-focused problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Lead electrical design process on assigned projects within the discipline.
• Develop innovative engineering solutions aligned with project and client needs.
• Direct the discipline team in implementing design solutions.
