Job summary

Affiliated Engineers, Inc. (AEI) is seeking an Electrical Project Engineer in our Gainesville office.

You will drive the engineering design process for electrical systems in complex facilities, delivering innovative, client-focused solutions and leading the discipline team to execute projects that improve energy efficiency and safety. Ideal candidates hold a BSEE/BSAE from an ABET-accredited program, 10+ years of experience in power distribution and lighting design, and preferably a PE

Qualifications

• ABET-accredited BSEE/BSAE or equivalent.
• 10+ years of experience designing power distribution and lighting systems in sophisticated facilities.
• Professional engineering registration preferred.
• Proficiency in Revit MEP, AutoCAD, and Navisworks.

Responsibilities

• Lead the engineering design process on assigned projects within the discipline.
• Develop innovative engineering solutions aligned with project and client needs.
• Lead the discipline team in implementing the solutions.
