Job summary

Engenuity is seeking an Electrical Engineer to join our growing team in Missouri. You will work on diverse projects including hotels, hospitals, multi-family, retail, and industrial buildings.

Responsibilities include project management, detailed design, and client interaction, with a focus on quality and continuous improvement. PE license is preferred but not required, with strong communication and teamwork expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in electrical or architectural engineering.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred, or ability to obtain within a reasonable timeframe.
• 2+ years of electrical engineering design experience.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant design software.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to learn quickly, work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Project Management: Manage and coordinate electrical engineering projects from inception to completion.
• Design: Prepare detailed engineering plans, calculations, and specifications.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to local, state, and federal regulations and permits.
• Client Interaction: Collaborate with clients and provide regular progress updates.
• Team Collaboration: Work with interdisciplinary engineers to deliver integrated solutions.
• Quality Control: Conduct quality control checks on deliverables.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on industry trends and technologies.
