Job summary

You’ll assist managers with permits, submittals, contracts, budgets and schedules while thriving in a fast-paced environment. The role requires strong communication and MS Office skills, plus a degree or related field experience; AutoCAD/Bluebeam are a plus.

Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor’s degree in construction/electrical field or related experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Advanced knowledge of MS Word and Excel; construction project cycles understanding.
• AutoCAD and Bluebeam knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist Project Managers with gathering, reviewing, and processing project documents.
• Prepare proposals, permits, contracts, budgets, POs, schedules and change orders.
• Track project documents and data entry for assigned projects.
• Prepare Operations & Maintenance manuals at closeout.
