Job summary

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in construction and the ability to read drawings, perform take-offs, and manage schedules.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years in a construction contractor environment.
• Ability to interpret plans, drawings, specifications, and project documents.
• Experience performing quantity take-offs and estimating costs.
• Willingness to complete background screening and drug testing.

Responsibilities

• Support projects from mobilization through closeout, including setup and admin coordination.
• Maintain communication with clients and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Monitor activities with emphasis on efficiency, cost control, quality and standards.
• Develop pricing for scope changes and change-order estimates.
• Assist with subcontractor and supplier buyout activities and cost evaluations.
• Assemble and track project documentation, submittals, and materials for review.
