Job Details

• Position: Electrical Project Engineer

Responsibilities

• Perform electrical project engineering functions including design of packaged equipment control and wiring systems, processing orders, cost estimating, establishing standards, and interfacing with customers.
• Select and specify controls and wiring for equipment, design control panels, perform engineering calculations, and create diagrams and layouts using AutoCAD.
• Ensure compliance with NEC standards, prepare technical inquiries, review orders, and interface with internal and external customers.
• Travel on a limited basis and work on multiple projects simultaneously.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or related experience in packaged industrial electrical control systems.
• 1-3 years of engineering experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with AutoCAD preferred.
