Job summary

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of Project Engineer experience in electrical construction.
• Understand engineering in electric power.
• Field experience coordinating with construction management.
• Extensive knowledge of project scheduling, bids, take offs, change orders, and contracts.
• Demonstrated ability to develop relationships and assist in winning projects.
• Demonstrated ability to run a profitable portfolio.
• BSEE or Construction Management degree strongly preferred.
• Journeyman or Master Electrician's license a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide close support to senior project management and assist in project execution.
• Develop project teams while delivering quality output and meeting budget/schedule.
• Support scheduling goals, procurement, and contractual requirements.
• Evaluate processes to improve profitability and customer satisfaction.
• Ensure schedule requirements are met and manage priorities.
• Coordinate with customers to validate expectations before, during, and after project completion.
• Oversee subcontractors and 3rd‑party firms where required.
• Assist in financial forecasting and project review processes.
• Ensure high-quality engineering studies and project delivery.
• Communicate challenges, risks and successes proactively.
• Oversee monthly invoicing and change orders per terms.
• Coordinate with Site Superintendent to assess installation methods and manpower.
• Ensure adherence to Quality Control processes.
• Support downstream teams to meet deadlines.
