Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Associate degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or related field preferred.
• 3–5 years of electrical construction, industrial maintenance, or project coordination experience desired.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical blueprints, schematics, specifications, and contract documents.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Project).

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and managing electrical construction and industrial projects from initiation through completion.
• Coordinate project activities with engineering, procurement, field supervision, subcontractors, and clients.
• Track project schedules and support milestone achievement; monitor progress for risks or delays.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and cost reporting; track labor, equipment, and material costs.
• Maintain project files, reports, meeting minutes, RFIs, submittals, and change orders.
