Job summary

ITAC, an ENR-ranked top design firm with a nationwide footprint, seeks an experienced Project Manager for electrical project management in construction. The role guides engineering, design, procurement and construction to meet client objectives within contract terms.

The position requires a Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering or related field, 5+ years of PM experience, strong leadership, and excellent communication. Travel to project sites is expected as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in electrical project management in the construction industry.
• In-depth knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and regulations.
• Proficient in project management software and tools.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
• Proven leadership abilities, with the capacity to motivate and inspire project teams.
• Ability to travel to project sites as required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and direct engineering, design, procurement and construction efforts to meet project objectives.
• Enforce project principles, practices and guidelines to ensure efficient use of resources.
• Identify weaknesses and implement process and personnel improvements.
• Cultivate new work with clients and pursue additional opportunities to provide services.
