Job summary

The Romanoff Group of Companies, based near Columbus, Ohio, seeks an Electrical Assistant Project Manager to join our award-winning team. The role focuses on providing project support, documentation, and coordination for ongoing electrical construction projects in the new housing market.

Responsibilities include assisting with change orders, RFIs, submittals, and schedules, while collaborating with managers, trade contractors, and suppliers.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months experience as an Assistant PM, Project Coordinator, or Project Engineer.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Proficient with Bluebeam and Microsoft Office.
• Preferred: experience in the new-construction field; associate degree or trade school.

Responsibilities

• Assist project managers in documenting and logging change orders, submittals, RFIs, and other project documentation.
• Attend meetings and assist with project coordination to support project success.
• Work with supervisors, trade contractors, and suppliers to support the operations team.
• Manage schedules, progress, shop drawings, and material releases to meet objectives.
• Assist in monitoring project performance, budgets, and quality standards.
