Job summary

TEPCON Construction, Inc. seeks an organized Electrical Division Project Coordinator to support project startup through closeout.

You will manage project information, documentation, procurement, and financial records while coordinating with managers, field leaders, customers, general contractors, engineers, vendors, and subcontractors. As part of an ESOP company, you will be expected to demonstrate accountability, teamwork, and an owner mindset.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in business, construction, accounting, or project management is a plus.
• Commercial construction project coordination or similar experience preferred; electrical construction experience is highly desirable.
• Strong computer skills with Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, and related tools.

Responsibilities

• Set up electrical projects and enter/maintain project data in CMiC and company systems.
• Review owner contracts, drawings, specs, scopes of work, schedules and project details.
• Request/track COIs, vendor/subcontractor docs, and start-up paperwork.
