• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required; or 3+ years with relevant experience.
• Experience in design, operations, planning, construction, or maintenance of systems/equipment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate work activities of others within the work group and with contractors/vendors to resolve routine technical tasks.
• Plan and organize outage/project work activities and monitor progress against schedule.
• Provide training and guidance to lower-level employees and develop productive working relationships with customers and stakeholders.
• Participate in project planning, cost estimates, and scheduling; assist in outages and assignments.
