Job summary

Turner Construction Company’s SourceBlue division seeks an experienced procurement leader to manage global supply chain relationships for major projects. You will review market dynamics, negotiate terms, and drive vendor performance while aligning with ESG initiatives.

The role involves coordinating demand planning, conducting quarterly reviews, and engaging in industry events to advance sourcing strategies. Domestic travel and team leadership are expected.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of manufacturing or construction experience, or equivalent
• Knowledge of material markets, competition, and trends
• Interpersonal skills to engage diverse partners in supply chain

Responsibilities

• Apply purchasing, product, and technical expertise to SourceBlue supply chain solutions.
• Review market dynamics to assess vendor capacity, delivery demands, and issue resolution.
• Conduct quarterly vendor reviews focusing on performance, ESG alignment, and cost control.
• Manage demand and capacity planning across supply chain programs and ensure schedule adherence.
• Identify and qualify vendors at global, regional, and local levels to meet SB service needs.
• Negotiate terms, onboard vendors, and communicate availability to project teams.
• Provide recommendations for strategic awards and supplier selection.
• Develop KPIs with stakeholders and share lessons learned for future projects.
• Serve as primary contact for supply chain issues and escalation with SB leadership.
• Coordinate testing and ensure accurate bid reviews and scope of work.
• Support company-wide sourcing initiatives and attend industry events.
• Lead and mentor team members, participate in hiring, and contribute to performance reviews.
