Job summary

SourceBlue is seeking an experienced supply chain professional to optimize procurement and vendor relationships across global and local levels. You will apply purchasing and technical expertise to support project teams and external clients, driving performance and ESG-aligned outcomes.

Responsibilities include vendor reviews, capacity planning, and leading a team through hiring and performance feedback, with opportunities to travel domestically and internationally.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years of manufacturing or construction experience.
• Knowledge of manufacturing or construction material markets and industry trends.
• Negotiation skills with ability to influence decisions.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally on business.

Responsibilities

• Apply purchasing, product, and technical expertise to provide SourceBlue supply chain solutions for project teams and external clients.
• Review market dynamics to evaluate impact on vendor capacity, availability, and delivery demands; collaborate with vendors to address issues.
• Conduct quarterly business reviews and strategic evaluations of vendors for product performance and ESG alignment.
• Manage demand and capacity planning across supply chain programs and provide strategies for delivery adherence.
• Identify global, national, regional, and local vendors to address capacity requirements for SB services.
• Provide recommendations and alternatives for strategic supply chain awards for final product selection.
• Primary contact to manage supply chain issues and engage SB leadership as needed.
• Supervise team members, participate in hiring, and contribute to performance reviews.
• Other activities as assigned.

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related field
