Job summary

Stellantis is seeking an Electrical Production Execution Lead Engineer to direct troubleshooting and repair activities across engineering, supplier sub-assembly, and manufacturing facilities for prototype and production vehicles.

The role supports launch activities at plants, conducts repairs, and coordinates long-term solutions with component releasing engineers while guiding cross-functional teams to resolve complex vehicle problems and provide dealership support.

Qualifications

• BS in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering from ABET university.
• 5+ years of automotive electrical triage experience.
• Valid driver's license with ability to drive heavy-duty vehicles.
• Willingness to travel up to 30% domestically and internationally.
• Experience with electrical debugging tools (DMM, oscilloscope, CAN tools).
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of software and modeling concepts.

Responsibilities

• Direct troubleshooting and repair activities at engineering, supplier sub-assembly, and manufacturing facilities for prototype and production vehicles.
• Support launch activities at assembly and pilot plants; conduct repairs and customer audit testing.
• Coordinate interim and long-term solutions with component releasing engineers and lead cross-functional teams.
• Provide remote and on-site support to dealerships and document test results and issues.
