Job summary

Stellantis seeks an Electrical Production Execution Engineer to direct troubleshooting and repair activities across engineering and manufacturing facilities for prototype and production vehicles. You will lead cross-functional teams, coordinate launch activities, and provide on-site dealership support while documenting outcomes and aligning with SQA for modular suppliers.

The role requires strong leadership, deep troubleshooting skills, and familiarity with electrical test tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or equivalent from ABET accredited university.
• A minimum of 5 years of engineering experience.
• Must have a valid driver's license and ability to drive and test vehicles.
• Willing to travel domestically and internationally up to 30%.
• Troubleshooting experience with vehicle systems at assembly plants, road trips, pilot build areas and proving grounds.
• Familiarity with electrical debugging tools such as DMM, oscilloscope, CAN diagnostic tools.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of software and modeling concepts.
• Self-starter with ability to lead and direct a cross-functional team.
• Energetic leader.

Responsibilities

• Direct troubleshooting and repair activities at engineering, supplier sub-assembly, manufacturing facilities, events, and fleet locations.
• Coordinate launch activities and support prototype and production vehicle problems.
• Lead cross-functional teams to solve complex vehicle issues and provide remote and on-site support to dealerships.
• Document test results and ensure timely escalation to Component Release Engineers.
• Assist with EOL test development and interface with SQA for modular suppliers.
