Stellantis in Auburn, AL seeks an Electrical Production Execution Lead Engineer to direct troubleshooting and repair across engineering, supplier sub-assembly and manufacturing sites for prototype and production vehicles. You will coordinate cross-functional teams and lead containment and root-cause actions during launches and field issues.

You'll collaborate with EOL/PAT reviews, validate electrical test routines, and support early initiatives with PS/DDT reviews, while ensuring timely

Formación

• Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering or equivalent from an ABET accredited university.
• Minimum of 5 years automotive electrical triage experience.
• Valid driver's license; ability to drive and test vehicles.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally up to 30%.
• Experience with electrical debugging tools (DMM, oscilloscope, CAN tools).
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Direct and coordinate troubleshooting and repair activities at engineering, supplier sub-assembly, manufacturing facilities, special events, and fleet locations for prototype and production level vehicles.
• Support launch activities at assembly plants, pilot plants and/or supplier sub-assembly; conduct repairs and perform customer audit testing; coordinate interim and long-term solutions with component releasing engineers.
• Gather engineering teams from multiple disciplines and direct them in solving complex vehicle problems; provide remote and on-site support for dealerships with difficult problems.
• Work with zone representatives supporting vehicle dealerships; perform electrical validation testing and document results as required.
• Support PS/DDT reviews (Process Standard/Diagnostic Definition Table), PAT/EOL reviews; verify routines on bench and plywood buck; assist on plywood buck build and troubleshooting.
