Job summary

Construction Innovations, LLC seeks a mechanically inclined Technical Product Specialist to design and detail electrical assemblies for utility-scale and commercial projects. The role requires strong technical background, hands-on electrical construction experience, and clear communication to support project success.

You will collaborate with designers, engineers, and clients to ensure fabrication and field installation meet design criteria and project scope.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ detailing, estimating, or design experience on electrical construction projects.
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings.
• Knowledge of electrical materials and construction means and methods.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with electrical power and/or distribution systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design and detail materials and assemblies for electrical installations.
• Develop installation plans and drawings aligned with project scope.
• Suggest ideas to maximize value, margins, and reduce costs.
• Oversee fabrication in the plant and installation in the field.
• Collaborate with clients in preconstruction to highlight CI solutions.
