Job summary

Adecco in Waukesha, WI is hiring Electrical Product Assemblers for a leading manufacturer of high‑voltage power transformers. This is a hands‑on, full‑time role where you will assemble transformer components and prepare units for testing, painting, and shipment.

You will read blueprints, use hand and power tools, operate overhead cranes and forklifts, and collaborate with production, engineering, and quality teams.

Responsibilities

• Perform contamination control and cleanliness procedures.
• Work in confined spaces and at elevated heights when required.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous assembly, manufacturing, production, or industrial experience

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift
• Comfortable working at heights of up to 25 feet
• Ability to work in confined spaces when required
• Ability to work in a large industrial manufacturing environment
