Job summary

You will partner with cross-functional teams to align sourcing with business goals, drive cost savings, and lead supplier development with Operations and Quality teams. Hybrid work is available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business administration or supply chain management.
• 3+ years of procurement, sourcing, supply chain management or operations experience.
• Willing to travel 15–20% to North American sites and supplier facilities.
• Eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Partner with cross-functional teams to align sourcing strategies with business objectives.
• Identify and implement continuous improvement to reduce cycle times and costs.
• Lead supplier development with Operations and Supplier Quality Management, including RFQ execution and capacity planning.
• Support contract development for alternate suppliers.
• Assist Location Procurement Managers in developing location strategies.
• Develop end-to-end supply chain and alternate process/technology plans.
• Participate in PLM and integrate supplier knowledge before product decisions.
