• Minimum requirement: one year in the electrical industry.

• Ability to negotiate and manage supplier contracts.
• Strong organization and communication skills.

• Understand electrical material and construction; organize operations for productivity and cost efficiency.
• Communicate with field on contract documents, approved submittals, and forms.
• Maintain relationships with partners, vendors and suppliers.
• Assess performance against objectives and provide feedback.
• Negotiate prices and terms to obtain best value for the company.
• Track and bill tools/equipment for job costing.
• Review plans and contracts to ensure correct procurement.
• Manage subcontract/purchase orders and contract terms.
• Maintain pricing structures with manufacturers, reps, vendors and distributors.
• Represent and protect Liberty's interests.
