Responsibilities

• Develop and implement procurement strategies for electrical materials and services for projects.
• Identify and pursue new procurement opportunities to support company growth.
• Evaluate and mitigate risks by partnering with reliable vendors and contractors.
• Oversee daily operations of the electrical procurement team, ensuring efficiency.
• Review and validate electrical bills of materials and bids for completeness.
• Analyze and compare vendor quotes to ensure cost-effective purchasing.
• Perform material takeoffs, cost estimates, and pricing for current and upcoming projects.
• Collect, review, and submit product submittals per project requirements.
• Prepare detailed product lists and quantities for purchase orders and changes.
• Negotiate terms, track orders, and ensure timely delivery of materials.
• Approve and monitor invoices to ensure alignment with procurement.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key external partners to support material delivery.
