Moss & Associates LLC is looking for a Buyer I in Fort Lauderdale, FL to support procurement for electrical materials. You will create purchase orders, track deliveries, and coordinate with suppliers, project teams, and warehouse staff to ensure material availability.

Under supervision, you will assist with quotes, price comparisons, and basic procurement analysis while upholding Moss's purchasing standards and ERP data integrity.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree preferred in supply chain, business, or related field.
• 0–2 years of procurement/purchasing experience; construction, manufacturing, or energy exposure preferred.
• Experience with ERP or purchasing systems preferred.
• Strong analytical能力 and data accuracy.
• Supplier communication and relationship-building experience.

Responsabilidades

• Create POs and track delivery status for assigned materials.
• Assist with supplier quotes for recurring, commodity, and project purchases.
• Review requisitions for completeness and seek clarifications.
• Compare quotes and provide summaries or recommendations to senior buyers.
• Maintain ERP data accuracy and document control.
• Support inventory monitoring and replenishment under supervision.
