Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 5–10 years of directly related manufacturing experience.
• Strong problem-solving and root-cause analysis skills.

Responsibilities

• Review production schedules, engineering specs, and process flows to understand manufacturing methods.
• Support production and ensure compliance with drawings and quality standards.
• Analyze manpower, space, and workflow; design equipment layouts for maximum efficiency.
• Recommend process improvements to enhance manufacturing and reduce costs.
• Coordinate with management, engineering, and staff to optimize production processes.
• Develop, evaluate, and improve manufacturing methods.
• Specify tooling, fixtures, and equipment to facilitate manufacturing.
• Perform failure analysis to identify root causes and corrective actions.
• Interface with design engineering on product designs.
• Occasionally work evenings or weekends to meet goals and deadlines.
• Support electronic CCA conformal coating and component staking processes; Parylene coating experience.
